Caption : Manipur A Land Of Festival & Culture Description: The photo was taken at Lamlai, Manipur, on a Boat race competition organized in relation of Heikru Hidongba "The festival of Boat race of Manipur". As a photographer i have taken many photos of sports and festivals before but most of them were shot with high shutter speed which results in freezing the action, and i wasn't satisfied at the results as i want my picture to have life in it and want to capture the moments in "motion". So i try some new techniques called panning and bammieewham.... here it is, one of my best photo.
